Friday- September 24th

Interval Run Day - This was a really challenging interval run, but when I got done it felt like I had really accomplished something.

Mile 1 - 10.35
Mile 2 - 10.54

200 - 54.13
200 - 52.38
200 - 53.99
200 - 58.28
200 - 58.64
200 - 59.14
200 - 61.25
200 - 57.41

Mile 3 - 11.50
Mile 4 - 12.02

I have never sweat as much as I did during this run - it felt great. I am really looking forward to next weeks. The program calls for longer interval runs.
