My first running day for October was a pretty good one. Today was a Tempo day. I felt pretty good and added a little extra distance at the end. It is raining here today so I did get to the Y for my workout.
Mile 1 - 11.28
Mile 2 - 9.29
Mile 3 - 11.18
Mile 4 - 9.32
Mile 5 - 11.38
Mile 6 - 11.32
I kicked up the last 1/2 mile to see if it will burn out the lactid acid buildup in the leg muscles.
